Motivated by the Surfside tragedy that occurred in Florida, we're a team of engineers and software developers that set out to build PREMIS™, a state-of-the-art property asset management solution to enable faster and more accurate reserve studies.  We believe the introduction automation and AI, are the game-changers to the reserve study process.  These new technologies will empower engineers and PRAs to address the urgent and vast demand for reserve studies, especially Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), as well as tackle new challenges heading into the future.
